Maybe this Margsbelle58 said “Hillary won’t survive” to which Luntz says “She only needs to survive until the next week, when the next Trump scandal breaks”.
This to me, does not definitely mean there is an impending scandal; but here we are now, a week out.

That’s how I took it. Luntz has been wry/sarcastic in his commentary on Trump’s campaign. Not on Trump himself- I think he slightly favors Trump over Clinton personally.
It could be wishful thinking on Luntz’s part.
I think his point is Trump has been having repeated problems throughout his campaign, where everytime he shows momentum, something happens to stop it. I don’t think Luntz of all people has sime kind of inside information.
His next tweet said the Trump scandal coming would be a “particularly big one.”
