This has been my theory since July. Bill met with Loretta Lynch on the tarmac to beg her and reason. “Hillary is very ill and would not make it through an idtictment, she will make a very sympathetic figure. Gosh, Loretta, I’m not sure she will even be able to make it through the campaign with out collapsing”. In exchange for no prosecution, Hillary will withdraw from the campaign as soon as possible.” So, the big collapse on 9/11 was buying time........I think it has all been a fake and she had no intention of withdrawing, that they snookered Comey. What we are seeing now is payback.

Interesting theory, but it doesn't fit the fact that Comey destroyed evidence: "Immunity deals for two top Hillary Clinton aides included a side arrangement obliging the FBI to destroy their laptops after reviewing the devices . . .."
The whole thing stinks.

I think he only said the investigation is back open to deny FOIA requests.

I posted on FR in July, “Either Director Comey is as filthy as a pig or as sly as a fox.” I got flamed for withholding judgement, and so this is for me an interesting development.
Go Trump, GO!

He told congress under oath the investigation had stopped. That is why he said he was compelled to tell them it had started again in order to amend his testimony.
Sometimes stuff is just plain straightforward.

This theory violates Ockham’s razor.
