But since leaving government he's gotten eccentric and loopy.
It's ironic, since he was trained as a psychiatrist.
There are a lot of grumbling FBI agents out there.
In the CIA, not so many, certainly not many who are going to plan a "secret coup" against the Clintons.
They'd be more likely to plan a coup on behalf of Clinton.
