Today cameras are ever present. Doing that will get your picture posted on facebook and a call to 911.
Or skip 911, tech is close to identifying everybody with a picture. Aim phone at that stranger and their name and id pop up. Russia does this already.
It is getting harder to commit crimes anonymously.
