We 4 meet for dinner from time to time ... we call it the LBC ... the Last Boston Conservatives ... but really we picked that so we could camouflage ourselves with names like Lesbian Boys Choir etc.
It's good to be out. Here in Maine - it's been interesting - I work with a number of guys in their 20's - they are sincere about learning, and are in serious 'WTF' mode that this is their first election. I don't bother too much pounding the truth into them ... but I can say they've gone from mocking Trump a few months ago to some being enthusiastic. None dare to curse the witch - but then they know of only a few months of scandal, whereas we know decades.
I have hope for them ... but they also suffer from their first 20 years being loaded up with all kinds of psychological crap. But, we are in an industry that requires thought ... and they are thoughtful ... so given enough input, and enough of their silly assumptions challenged ... they quietly tend to come to the right conclusions.
