Without question. It seemed very likely to be a setup, given the way it portrayed Hillary, even before the photos proved it.
Although I didn’t realize Hillary actually knew the woman.
What I figured was Bill and Hillary waited in the woods until an unsuspecting person walked by, and then they took photo ops with her.
Of course, this scenario would have involved too many uncontrollable factors. It makes much more sense that Hillary would use a known individual for the setup.
