I read that some states will NOT count them if they can’t change the results of the election.
After the absentee ballots are counted then reduce the total taking into account the 3 million plus fraudulent votes.

And, then there were the DEAD who voted and felons who voted!!! And, the RATs who voted numerous times and the list goes on.
We’ll never know. Most states don’t count the absentee ballots unless they would make a difference in the voting, e.g., Candidate A won by 100,000 votes, there are 80,000 absentee ballots = don’t count them.
