How did it go learning it?
It wasn’t all that difficult after awhile.
At first, I was in a tent out a way from town on Vancouver Island.
I would practice at night and all I could get was loud chirps and squeaks out of the thing.
It was the fall and the rut was on.
I would routinely have bucks right close to the tent answering “the challenge”.
The first time it happened my blood ran cold. I didn’t have a clue what just screeched and bellowed not more than a couple feet away from me.
Got the first parts of the song down after a few months.
No longer have a clarinet, I might get one again.
