What I find unbelievable about these impromptu photo-ops is the notion that HRC and Bubba actually go places together.
Why Hillary and Bubba are seen together:
Hillary and Bubba are persona non grata in many places.
She does not drive.
He has a SS escort. She no longer does.
She needs to have someone with her at all times because of health issues. And Huma and her nurse are no longer on the payroll.
They are laying low, hoping the coppers forget about them.
