Since the letter was apparently copied, it will be easy to trace ownership of the letter. Most printers imbed a series of virtually invisible dots on the printed page which can be tied back to a unique serial number of the printer. It’s like the modern equivalent of identifying a typewriter by slight defects in the print keys.
Dollars to donuts this is a self-inflicted “hate crime”.
