She was at one time regarded as the Queen Of Motown. Her life story was somewhat tragic, both before and after her Motowb heyday, peaking with “My Guy” in 1964. She brought some of it on herself. But, she had a lovely voice and as I said, I’ve always had a soft spot for her, may she rest in peace.

She had a rough life and "the best of Mary wells" is a super collection. Met with the Beatles. .
