Yes, having had such an operation and bilateral to boot, I thought her surgery a mistake on so many levels I was appalled anyone would go for it. I think when it is necessary then it should be done. But the prosthetic replacements, silicon, or muscle from the back, or fat from the belly...none of those listed provide a “replacement”. There can never be such a thing.
I think this whole issue is driven by boob loving male doctors basically. We as a human group see nothing beautiful about a boobless woman. Yet when we intellectually analyze it, boobs are neurotransmitters for sexual pleasure after all breast feeding is over and done. Fat, flesh, lymph channels and skin make up breasts. Lumps of alternate reality flesh or plastic cannot ever come close to that neurological pleasure of real breasts.
In my life I have only two men who could bear to look at my boobless chest. The others have winced, become disdainful, several making snarky remarks...what a future.
Do women react the same way to men having lost body parts? I hope we are better than that. I hope.
And we have no idea how Brad’s unconscious reaction to her affected her. My current love will not look, always averting eyes, will not touch .... I am just about ready to forget the whole thing and become a monk in a mountain cave. HA!!
Unfortunately, we (you and I) would be fighting 2.5 million years of instinct and (according to today’s enviro-evolutionists) selective breeding.
No breasts = “no children can be succorred by this woman” = no chance of “me” having survivors/children/heirs by this woman = no desire for this woman.
