Okay, this is actually a fair take on Trump. I'll give ya that much.
Here's my take: Even Reagan danced with the left for a long time. He had to; they permeated his industry. What it left him with is a disgust of their principles and firmed up his convictions.
Could be I'm wrong, but I think I'm seeing something similar in Trump. In NYC, he had to dance with the left. A lot. And his statements since his convictions seemed to firm -- and much more importantly, his ACTIONS, such as his appointments, tend to help me believe that Trump is much more than just a huckster or dealmaker-opportunist.
We shall see.
The greatest blessing was to hear the shrieks of the beast as the stake was driven through the heart of her political dreams.
May take on Trump: He is a King Cyrus. The Lord uses people who may not be Christian, or Devout Christians to bring about his ways.
King Cyrus was not a Christian: BUT
“...Cyrus the Great (c. 600 or 576 530 BC) figures in the Hebrew Bible as the patron and deliverer of the Jews. He is mentioned 23 times by name and alluded to several times more.[1] From these statements it appears that Cyrus the Great, king of Persia, was the monarch under whom the Babylonian captivity ended, for according to the Bible, in the first year of his reign he was prompted by God to make a decree that the Temple in Jerusalem should be rebuilt and that such Jews as cared to might return to their land for this purpose. Moreover, he showed his interest in the project by sending back with them the sacred vessels which had been taken from the First Temple and a considerable sum of money with which to buy building materials.”
Reagan was the same way.
Trump has his faults but one thing for sure I know with all my heart, he loves AMERICA and he was humble by going to the states and thanking them for their vote.
