I’m with ya brother. Hit 300 for the first time on Thanksgiving Day. In April of 2013 I was 197. I have cycled up and down for the last 25 years. Once lost 80 pounds, 70 pounds, 65 pounds, etc.
2017 is the year to get it off and keep it off.
I could have written word for word what you said about cycling up and down the past 25 years.
