No, I realized that when I read the article, but my first impulse .. before I read the article .. was to believe that it was a part of a race to deliver the baby on American soil ...
Im wondering why she was flying if she was close to term.

Betcha $5 it’s an illegal immigrant. No white woman would get on a plane 9 months pregnant.
More freebies.
Ha. I wonder what kind of fee the airline tacks on for that.

She’ll have to pay for the kid’s ticket and the cleanup.
Not necessarily.
My first niece took 18 hours to arrive. So when I got the call that my second niece was due to arrive rather then grab my coat and head for the door I decided to finish up what I was working on.
I got the call less then a half hour later that she had arrived. They JUST made it to the hospital. Time in labor, 48 minutes.
SWA rules forbid traveling only within 2 weeks of expected delivery. Before that, passenger’s judgement.
The rules vary by airline.
“Ha. I wonder what kind of fee the airline tacks on for that.”
Did the pilot file an amended flight plan with an updated number of souls on board?
A glass of wine or two will not get the baby drunk.
They exceeded their carryon limit.
>>>I’m trying to figure out how this happened. They couldnt have been more than two hours into the flight when she had the baby, right? She must have been in active labor when she boarded. Why would anyone do that?
These things dont usually go that quickly. Heck, Sarah Palin gave a speech, boarded two flights and enjoyed a two hour layover in Seattle after her water broke.
Sarah Palin did and I’m pretty sure she qualifies as a “white woman”, dumbass.
Maybe it will depend in whose airspace the baby was born.
Just what we need, another Philadelphian. /s
My mother was in a movie theater watching It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World when she started going into labor.
I guess she never found out how it ends.
By all means, give the newborn a glass or two before bedtime if it’s so good for them.
Not talking about newborns, or are you always this obtuse?
Well, I guess, since she was flying from South Carolina to Florida, it doesn’t make much difference...
Correction, Philadelphia to Florida ... landed in South Carolina.
We watched it on TV.
