I know what abeyance means. But the recount was NOT suspended by the ruling of the Court of Appeal as evidenced by the fact that it was proceeding as of this morning. The effects of their denial was suspended allowing the recount to proceed until an appeal could be handled by the Michigan Supreme Court.
This is the United STATES. We the people and the States should have the power . The federal system is limited by the Constitution. I know this is the way it should be . what it has become and what this Soros stooge Stein will do is probably what you say and what I won't say as loose lips sink ships and I don't want to give any ideas to Soros stooges
As of now, Wisconsin is the only state recounting.
Last update 5 hrs ago they were 72% complete recounting 2.9 million votes. That report reflected counting up to midnight Dec 6. At the end of today they will be about 85% complete.
Results so far have moved 80 votes, out of 2.9 million, to Hillary. Trump’s lead is over 22.000.
Many pro Hillary areas have recounted. They show little or no change.

This is true, then everything I have written about waiting for the Michigan Supreme Court is not valid!!! I certainly hope you are right. The recount could halt immediately.
Right. So the Michigan appeals court ruling was held in abeyance until the Federal Judge ended his order to continue counting until he said it was okey dokie to stop. Which he now has.

I think that the sudden discovery and publicity surrounding the likely (obvious) fraud in Detroit has taken some wind out of the left's sails. When the liberal onion of deceit starts getting unpeeled, they start circling the wagons and trying to remove the spotlight, lest their core be exposed. I think that the recount approach might be something that they wish they hadn't taken.
I wonder if they'll try to stop Wisconsin now that the people recounting are more tuned into what they might look for.

I think he actually did rule on the merits as well. He was especially angered by the Stein lawyers additional filing that the conduct of the State of Mi and the MI GOP in trying to stop the recount amounted to reason that the recount should be allowed; as if they had no right to challenge her.
The judge did not like that approach at all, basically saying that they were changing their original argument when they realized it pass muster.
You are 100% on target. I decided to become a poll worker out of civic duty and what I saw disgusted me. I immediately saw how certain precincts could have all of their bogus ballots all filled out and then when the doors closed, could just go with the list of who did and did not sign the register and then start to use those who did not vote as a means to stack the deck. And this in a state that has ID required. Whenever I see any precinct, especially grouped in a particular left leaning areas, I know what they are doing when they are always late in reporting.

The Michigan elections board has ordered an immediate halt to the presidential recount if a federal judge lifts his previous order that the recount occur.
The Board of State Canvassers issued the instruction Wednesday in a 3-1 vote. The move is intended as a way to quickly stop the recount if the judge rules before the board meets again Thursday morning.

So, has Pennsylvania stopped? I heard that a lot of counties were made ineligible to be recounted because of discrepancies, but I didn't know they were either "done" or "stopped". Which one is it?
I really would like to see some major light shed on these practices. Take away the fraud and this country could become great again. I hope that they go after this not only in Detroit but also in other big blue cities.
But to effect a reversal of the 11/8-9/16 election results, HRC would have had to turn all three states .. any one would being tossed does the job. I wonder if Stein will have the WI recount continue? She claims to have raised @ $6M, paid WI $3.5 and still owe at least another $400K. I think the rest is going into lawyers in PA and MI.
Today, after the MI appeals court said the electoral board decided wrongly about holding a recount, Stein went back to the US District Court and filed yet again, claiming the state appeals court interpreted “aggrieved” incorrectly ... and another motion I can’t remember .. but it’s been all kinds of legal wrangling, alas, so far, to no avail. BUT I am pretty sure she’ll be at the 6th Circuit by tomorrow morning. They’re just being obnoxious for the sake of being obnoxious.
For tonight we can celebrate!!!
