Another thing htat has changed since yesterday is the election commission is no longer deadlocked 2-2. They voted 3-1 to stop the count today from what I read.

I read on the Robert Snell courtroom blog that:

ALERT: Board of State Canvassers just deadlocked 2-2 on whether to adjourn today's hearing. Still waiting for federal judge's ruling.

...(so they didn't adjourn until voting 3:1 to stop the count after the Judge ruling)

I’m pretty sure they voted before the judges ruling. But in any case, so long as they have voted to stop the recount, that will be the case unless the MI SC overturns the MI court of appeals.
