The basic point is they found a certificate they believe was the one used by Obama & Co to create the forgery. The positioning of the type and everything is an exact match. Used it to create a PDF and never allowed access to the alleged original Obama certificate.

Would be interesting if this is proven under President Trump. Would Obama and his cohorts need a pardon to avoid prosecution for this?

Since the state of Hawaii verified Obama’s claimed details, a physical representation of the same information verified really doesn’t matter. State officials in Hawaii are the key.

Obama has never been the person posting any sort of birth document, be it COLB, short forms, long forms photocopies from a book, etc. It’s always some attorney, or an anonymous IT person. Obama has never held up a document and said “this is my real birth certificate” or sworn to specific birth facts under oath. So what can he be charged with? It’s frustrating, but he and the media played this very Clinton.
