Melania Trump’s decision to wear a Dolce & Gabbana dress to a New Year’s Eve celebration has sparked a firestorm of controversy.
A number of high-profile fashion designers, including Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs and Sophie Theallet, have publicly refused to dress the incoming first lady. In contrast, Stefano Gabbana happily posted a photo of Trump wearing the dress, which retails for $2,995 at Saks Fifth Avenue, to his Instagram account, with the hashtags #DGwoman and #madeinitaly.

Naturally, the Jan. 2 post instantly divided Gabbana’s Instagram followers. In particular, some interpreted the openly gay designer’s post as an endorsement of Donald Trump, and blasted Gabbana for what they perceived as his support of a president-elect who ran on an explicitly anti-LGBTQ platform.
“Many gays, minorities and others fear legislation that will take away freedoms. If it were Mrs. Reagan, Bush or Obama (either party) no one on either side would mind,” one user wrote. “But this is offensive to the core.” Added another: “Sad when a gay designer doesn’t care about other groups being repressed.”
As it turned out, that last remark was too much for Gabbana, who fired back at the user, “Dont call me gay please!! I’m a man!!! Who I love its my private life [sic].”(continued)

Oh yes, and television loves to perpetuate the myth that we need homos to tell us how to dress, act, and live. The “reality”-shows love to show somebody flailing and tripping all over themselves for 45 minutes, then they trot out the little fruit-boy to set everything and everybody straight. Whatever, he needs to go back to whatever inner-city “village” he came from.
Their sex lives come a far off second to their need for AtTeNtIoN.

They are hysterical over Pence, who apparently endorsed gay "conversion therapy" in the past. Reading their posts, they see this mild-mannered Midwesterner as the second coming of Cardinal Richelieu. :)
Yeah, it’s stupid and it’s bad business. They get away with it in the fashion industry because the gays have completely overrun it. They ran off all the straight people and want the world to be that model.
$3k for the dress is a bargain. Weren’t those Hoover vacuum bags Hillary liked to wear about $12k?

I gave up one friendship with a gay guy when he asked me where to find size 11 high heel shoes for an amateur contest he was involved in.
I’d love to see the fashion industry dragged into the real world the rest of us do business in-hell, I don’t like to work for liberal customers, but I will if my bid is the one the customer takes-we just do the work, we are polite and keep our opinions to ourselves until we are off-site-it is called being professional...

No doubt, that’s how it should be. What ever happened to decorum and being dignified? I cannot believe how the liberal segment of society is being allowed to act like little kids and you’re the voice of hate if you say anything about it.
