Good idea. Consolidate several departments together into one, and reduce their budget drastically.
I was thinking maybe call the new dept "Health, Education & Welfare," or HEW for short. :-)

How about ‘Dept. of Health, Education, Welfare, Public Housing, Environmental Protection, Energy, Interior & Land Management, Intelligene’ and give it to one guy named Vinny.
