My bet is that the FTC already knows. It’s likely ‘regulatory capture’- people rotate into gov’t from the very firms that the agencies regulate. Makes for all sorts of corrupt bargains.
*sigh* I broke and just ordered Century Service at 61/mo plus fees. I have my own DSL box. The price is guaranteed for fives years. Comcast is a major con operation.
