The baby should be protected in this nation—and have the Natural Right to be born and raised by its mother AND father and created in a loving committed relationship. Just Law has to protect ALL Natural Rights and Natural Duties (of adults to care for their biological offspring!) You shouldn’t be able to “sell” sperm.
That is what a “Justice” (virtue) System is and it HAS to be based on Right Reason and Natural Law Theory—the philosophy embedded into our Constitution and Rule of Law (Higher Laws/God’s Law).
We have allowed the insane, evil and irrational to destroy our Justice System and make it a mockery system-—MOCKS SCIENCE with LIES-—it is a pregnant woman and never can be a man.

All Just Law promotes “public virtue” only (only Christian “faith’ since it is way more rational and in line with Natural Law (Science) than any other “faith”, especially irrational atheism and Marxism.
