Me, too, in fact enjoyed it by only tuning in to happy parts of it like the processionals. Completely avoided negativity for two days. I'd have been much more focused on nasty stuff had we all been chatting. Do not know the details of protests. Only negative I found enjoyable was people watching the politicians on the dais during the inauguration. I study micro expressions a la Dr Ekman’s teachings and just wow. And Justice Thomas, talk about a serious man who feels things deeply.

When I couldn’t get anything but a blank screen when I went to freerepublic.com - I went over to drudgereport.com and clicked on the Free Republic link there. That took me to page one of Free Republic where I saw JimRob’s note about the FR server being down hard. There was a link there to Free Republic’s facebook page. I went there and read more from JimRob about what was going on plus some comments there by Freepers. So, at least, I knew what was going on.

I did enjoy watching all the liberal women going batshit crazy during the Sore losers walk on Saturday. Free Republic being down was awful and felt like a week. Free Republic is the best news source in the world.
