Since they can’t be charged with flag burning crimes, two of the arsonists were charged with misdemeanor open burning violations with a possible 30 days in jail or a $650.00 fine.
The good guys win.

I agree. Just think of the men and women who fought and died to defend our Flag. My folks were both WWII Veterans. It is time for patriotism to return to America. If Fed Ex does relieve him of his duties, I hope someone else will hire him for far greater wages.

If Mr Fred Smith has ANYTHING to do with FEDEX, I am sure this young man will end up OK.

A native of Marks, Mississippi, Smith attended Yale University, where he earned a bachelor's of science degree in economics in 1966. Smith served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam from 1966-1970.(I doubt he served entire 4 yrs in VN)
FEDEX based on USN/USMC logistics handling in Vietnam.

Agree. One more man and all of the flags would have been recovered. Two or three more and there would have been some street justice as a bonus.
