Has anyone seen Patriots Day? What did you think? I have a very mature 13 year old who is interested in seeing it. We watched American Sniper and Lone Survivor (without her mom's knowledge) and she was fine with them and understood well what they were about. IS it ok for her to see?
thanks
Hi there - I saw Patriot’s Day and it was very well done. The only ‘uneasy’ scenes were the actual bombing ones, but nothing a 13 year old can’t handle. Excellent movie that showed things I didn’t know...especially the amazing people involved in capturing the terrorists. Hope that helps.
It’s more than OK. Expect some violence, screaming etc but if your kid plays Call of Duty, your kid is desensitized.
Assuming its factual accuracy*, it was quite interesting procedurally.
*big assumption?
You should not make assumptions...you don’t want to make an A$$ out of you and Umption.
I saw this movie. It’s rated R for a reason. There are some very upsetting scenes when the bombs went off & innocent people lost their legs & a child was killed. Some people might think the F word is over-used.
I saw Patriot’s Day...It was a fine movie.
Michael Medved gave 3 out of 4 stars for the movie...I think that is a fair assessment of the film...
