Certain species of gamefish caught in the Pacific Ocean are going to suspect of radiation poisoning; imagine having to go to the 'Fish Monger' with a gieger counter ?
Absent any effective control, it will impact on all forms of sea life (scallops, fish, clams, seals, birds, etc.)
Funny you should say that. The Japanese already take a Geiger counter to the fish market to check out fish before they purchase it. Probably only in the environs of Fukishima maybe.
