The point of language is to communicate. If her English is comprehensible and she is able to understand the responses, then she is communicating effectively. Why would you want to burden her with additional stuff? We get it that you mastered accent-free English; congratulations, but why must you trumpet your own accomplishments by demeaning her?
don’t use me as an example, I came here as a child and speak a few languages without accent. I do know many people who speak perfect english among other languages who have never lived here, my own parents have accents are multilingual but do not omit words or endings.
It’s fine to not have an ear for languages... I get it. Just don’t advertise and promote yourself as fluent in five languages, if you’re not.
