Mossad was very effective using the .22 lr.
It’s what I practice vehicular firing with.
I’m in law enforcement and 22Lr is nothing to sneeze at. It does weird things in the body, like following arteries down limbs and taking weird paths. The mobs weapon of choice was a silenced 22 for a long time. They knew once it entered the skull, it was unlikely to exit, instead bouncing around inside.

J&G firearms is importing surplus beretta 71’s with fake silencers “permanently” attached for about $250. The fake suppressor is added to make it importable (stupid NFA). the suppressor is easily removed (or so I am told).
