One result should be a huge desert flower bloom pretty soon - they can be spectacular with this kind of rainfall.

Bad news though, Californians: the drought isn’t really over until the groundwater is restored. Could take years, don’t you know. So it’s not like we WANT to keep control over you via the “emergency” drought

Kind of funny. That one yellow blob by itself in eastern California along the border is Death Valley. It is always “Abnormally Dry” there.

They Never officially ended the drought we had in the 90’s, why would anything be different now? The Drought GOES ON FOREVER, along with the 3000 drought management employees.
