I fry some potatoes in beef tallow at home and the kids think it is some sort of alien ambrosia food! You can buy it on amazon and you don’t have to use much, just sauté some frozen fries or fresh cut potatoes and they come out great.

I’m sure one could buy it at Wal-Mart, too, right? Or do you have to specialty order it?
