I’ll buy the “Suicide by Cop” theory but judging by his actions it was more unwilling. Dude was off his meds or they just were not working. He kept asking to “to speak to ‘the higher command’” In college we used to mess with drunk class mates and say “take me to your leader” over and over, they would just stare at us. Never imagined mentally ill people actually said stuff like that.
