Wow. Toby Moffett was always trying to get air time when he was a rep. He ran for everything, Congress in two districts, U.S. Senate and governor. Last won in 1980. So this is where those of his type wind up. He HAD to get back to D.C.

You either live politics or were from CT or the east coast at the time. Sadly none of these clowns go off to invent the latest breakthrough in biotech etc. they have to do what they do, lawyer up and finagle some piece of legislation for the highest bidder....
