Should be treated as a capital offense with no statute of limitation. Convict and execute.
I disagree, prove a negative from 31 years ago, based solely on someone’s say so. At least in a capital offense, there’s a body, or bones, or someone missing. Too many false accusations these days to put that kind of trust. What if the 3 kids from Duke didn’t have rich parents who could hire a legal defense team?
