The Aintree spectacle as pictured in the DailyMail is one of my guilty pleasures every spring. What a hoot! Incredibly tasteless clothing, awful shoes, laughable hats and lots of either blotchy white skin or amber fake tan. This year, lots of tattoos as well, along with the ten-pound platform heels and thigh-gripping stretch satin dresses. It’s like a circus sideshow.
