Let’s just take care of this skin color issue by going to a number system. 0 being albino, no matter the race, and 9 being very, very dark. Then the talking heads can report that the perp has #2 skin tone, for example, so we know he’s more likely to be Scandanavian than Ethopian without making any such politically incorrect references. (Tongue only slightly in cheek.)

The real Fox broadcast did not have the ‘dark white skin’ description. It’s a fake. Check it out on Snopes - they have the original. If you look, the spacing at the top is too tight, and leaves too much room at the bottom. The line was added to piss off the right.
