I’m actually surprised he even mentioned FR. Was it to dismiss Free Republic as a lunatic far right wing website? I don’t recall him saying that but wouldn’t be surprised if he did.
I truly hope the rumor is just that. BOR would tarnish the OAN brand but I am probably in the minority to say that compared to his pinhead followers.
OOAN Would be good for BOR. And good for the conservative movement—We need to get OOAN Nation wide and with a slate of good people as Talking Heads. No Balance—all Right!

Tucker isn't the problem. The Five at p.m. could be a rating's disaster. It's questionable whether Eric Boiling can succeed at 5 p.m. as well.
How about a vote by all Fox Fans and see how they feel.

IF it is the choice of the Murducks - it only proves they are not up to playing with the ‘big guys’ and must fight their battles with sensationalism, not fair and truthful politics. As we await the next week or so we’ve nothing left to ponder: Is this ‘the boys’ wanting to take the ‘MIGHTY’ out of Fox (just as BO’B wished to whittle down America) or do the boys believe they’ve the ability to sensor all news and wish to be the lead in doing so? Do they really feel confident that nothing will ever cause an Exodus of loyal Fox viewers?
Heck, there were even threads on FR about BOR smearing FR back then.
A simple Google search should pull a few up.
Bottom line is, nobody should she’d a tear for the dude.

I don’t particularly relish the way BOR went out, but that’s just wrong. if they truly had to pay $13 million to multiple women because he couldn’t control himself in the work place, then they had every reason in the world to can his ass.

dunno. we’ll see. what we’ve learned is that the bench at fox is deep. I’m actually looking forward to the new lineup. I like the macallum show. already mentioned that tucker is an improvement. the five is going to have to gain a harder edge to make it in prime time, but, as I said, we will see.
If fox viewers are there to avoid the drooling, slavish, bootlicking of the liberal establishment that you see in the MSM, rather than being some dude’s fanboy, then, yes, I expect Fox News to retain the vast majority of their viewers.
The conservative movement is bigger and making political change is more complex than narrowing approval of somebody down to one observation they made about one political web site. A lot of these conservative guys put down and butt heads with each other all the time. But it helps to have people on the right with different points-of-view. They appeal to different segments of the audience which all have to come together in a coalition to win elections. Trump has more in common with O’Reilly and Savage then he does with Limbaugh, Hannity or Levin, so the people who they brought into the conservative movement through their shows were instrumental in helping him win.
