Not BS, I saw it on the news last night. In a video, a LEO tells the family that they willbe arrested and their kids put in foster care.
Our domestic airlines have been out of control since 9/11. I used to work overseas and in the last 10 years, have seen how domestic flight attendents have become cow herders. They just lack the shock stick.
I would be very hesitant to fly domestically now.
Foreign crews still treat passengers with respect and dignity.

The first time I went back to Việt Nam 14 years ago I flew KAL and was very favorably impressed. In economy class, except for the seats themselves, I might have been flying first class. I thought then that it was a pleasant peculiarity of the Korean airline. On other trips I flew on JAL and ANL and China Airlines and came to know that it was characteristic of Asian airlines in general. After my son and several cousins went to Europe and to Korea I found out that good service is characteristic of other countries' airlines. American companies seem to have a uniquely American character and it is not good. On Kal when I asked the stew if I could get something to drink she handed me a list that started with Johnny Walker Red and went through several wines and beers and many different sodas, coffee, tea down to water. She asked if I would like a snack with it.
On a united flight some time later I asked for something to drink and the stew, whose body blocked the aisle totally, said, "You had water an hour ago," wedged herself around in the aisle and left.
