Prayers for your continued Remission.
I’ve had two Friends that were diagnosed with AML. One of them was an ex coworker had no idea he was afflicted until he collapsed at his Daughter’s 9th Birthday Party.
They had a tough fight but they both achieved Remission. One of them had a much rougher road to get there, but he got there.
Take good care of yourself. We are fellow travelers.
We live in amazing times.
Thank you. An old friend called me recently. His mother was feeling unwell and went to the hospital on a Wednesday. Two days later on Friday she passed away. It was AML. It’s a terrible and fast moving cancer. But, we do live in inspiring times for new cancer research and prophylactic meds. Because of fast acting dr’s I’m here. A donor stem cell transplant was needed because an aggressive mutation. (No baking Aida in the world would have fixed me. I can’t believe what I read sometimes).
