Free Republic was here before FACEBOOK and does essentially the exact same thing. JimRob should have been the billionaire. We love capitalism here, why do the anti-capitalists end up getting rich?

I’m retired, so no actual “work”. Still, I accomplished a lot more around the house that I would have if the site had been up and running. Politically, the week has been insane and I’d have been glued to FR.
Except for OAN, I’ve been in a news vacuum, since we removed FNC from our Custom/Favorites channel lineup. It’s become a load of crap. I’m no longer able to watch the coup that’s taking place now with the relentless attacks on our President. Rush says that WE are all DJT has, since the media, the Dems, and the GOP are solidly and overtly trying to take him down. Sadly, WE have no power to protect him from the attacks.
It was awful. The last time this happened I became a monthly contributor. I cannot cope without FR.
WHO ELSE WANTS TO SEE FREEREPUBLIC TAKE OVER WHERE FACEBOOK IS FAILING US?
