Try WINK ice cream. Made from plant gylcerine, 100 calories pint, tiny amount of sugar (2 g?), very low carbs and good tasting. I order it delivered from the East Coast but a few stores have it sometimes.
Never heard of glycerine ice cream. Thanks for the heads up. Do they sell it in NJ?
