There seems to be a real determination on the part of some paleontologists to cover every single dinosaur in feathers. The fossil evidence showing that birds have a direct descent from the dinosaurs seems clear enough, but I’m glad to see clear proof that the Tyrannosaurs I used to love reading about and drawing as kid were big, scaly monsters and not really big parakeets.

Look up the cassowary bird and that is what I think of when I think of bird-like dinosaurs. They are still around and have killed people.
