A liberal friend and I had a conversation the other day after I called her and asked what her take was on the Comey hearing. The topic of discussion was the clear statement by Comey that the news stories about the Russian manipulation of our electoral process are false.
The woman first denied my supposition that the media stories were "made up" and that they had deliberately put out lies. As the conversation progressed and through calm, logical explanation that Comey had said the stories were false and my belief that those producing such stories should face libel charges for the printed word and slandar charges for the spoken word, she then said that journalists, unable to get "answers" to their questions, had to "make up" stories BECAUSE they could not get answers to their questions.
What she meant was, reporters could not get the answers THEY WANTED and instead were hearing the opposite of what they wanted to hear and therefore were "forced" to make up a narrative that fit their agenda and she was OKAY with that because certainly the conservative side was "hiding" something. All of this shows that she and millions of other Democrats are deluded and have believed outright lies by the media.
This points out the fundamental difference between liberals and conservatives: Liberals have a total "situational ethics" moral foundation while conservatives to varying degrees have an absolute moral foundation. To the liberal, anything can be justified (the ends justifies the means) and to the conservative there is more clearly and "right and wrong" paradigm about life and government. In the absence of Biblical values, people will become "liberal". With Biblical teaching (where it is actually taught), people will become conservative.

All I hear in the news and on Facebook and on articles here is what liberals totalitarian progressive leftists actually think. Well, maybe "think" isn't the right word. I think the more accurate word is "feel," since I've learned over many years that they don't actually think.
Another thing I know about totalitarian progressive leftists -- from listening to them and arguing with them over five decades -- is that they have no idea what conservatives actually think and are generally unable to articulate a conservative viewpoint.
I don't bother talking at all with totalitarian progressive leftists anymore, especially since the election.

This is exactly why a number of current US Representatives and Senators, who said that Bill Clinton was "not guilty" of clear obstruction of justice in 1998, can stand in our faces and claim that President Trump is "guilty" of #FakeObstructionOfJustice in 2017.

I recall watching an old video about Communists from the 1950’s that said something to the effect of, “First of all, remember that communists are liars.” That’s good enough of an explanation for me, as it’s clearly true.
Years ago I had a conversation with my cousin’s husband. He insisted that guns should be outlawed. Why? “Because if I had a gun there are several people I would kill.” There’s the Libtard “reasoning.”
Your post really got me thinking. With Hiliary getting 90% of the vote in DC, that means almost all the Republican senators and reps, and their staffs, voted for her. Just horrifying.
