Lol, i’m going to split the blanket on this one. I think the owner is exactly right that IF this is the way she wants to run her “business” she has that right.

There's no "right" to run a filthy, unsanitary restaurant infected by baby poop or dirty feet on the tables. There are health laws and restaurant inspections for good reason. These idiots need to clean up their act or be closed down.
