This article does not provide Councilmember Larry Gossett’s home address. People should be informed that he has no objection to people releaving themselves outside his home. “Anyone over the age of three knows . . . it’s supposed to be cleaned up.” Is obviously not true. The solution is to nip this in the bud. There is no need to arrest these people. The police can make “on the spot corrections” like in the old days. The EPA put out a memo reminding employees not to poop in the hallways.
