A ruling on the 25th...I guess that’s how they treat an urgent matter. I mean IF the treatment will help, the sooner the better. Sheesh.
Sounds like the Judge wants to run the clock out on Charlie.
The parents have been seeking this type of therapy since November. The ghouls of the NHS and the English legal system have been playing for time. Charlie’s condition tends to be lethal within mos— ~4 on the outside. Therefore they thought Charlie would be long dead by now.
Their continued slow-walking is sociopathic. They want this baby to die, period.
It’s less about care than who makes the decision for Charlie.
It seems like they are trying to run out the clock, hoping Charlie passes away before they have to render a verdict. Another 11 days to make a ruling on a life and death case? Ridiculous. Just get him to the US and do the procedure...even a 10 percent chance is worth saving a life.
The purpose of the current court proceedings is to hear the new evidence which we now know Dr Hirano will be providing. The judgement can't be issued until Dr Hirano has flown to the UK, examined Charlie, had a case conference with Charlie's medical team, and prepared his evidence. All that will be happening next week. The date of the 25th has been set in the knowledge of Dr Hirano's timetable.
