She PAID EXTRA FARE for a certain seat—an assigned seat with extra leg room...She did not get that seat. They did not upgrade her nor did they compensate her.
Special Treatment??? Nothing of the sort...ANYONE would be upset if they were moved...As I just posted to you, it would seem that she was downgraded to a regular seat...And for some who have long legs, knee issues, or have had recent knee surgery it could make getting from point A to B quite unpleasant if not unhealthy.

Depending on the situation, I have moved seats when asked and one time refused to move when asked.
If it is a situation that allows a family or friends to sit together, I will move.
Interestingly, I find that I get to my destination at the same time no matter where on the plane I am seated.
Delta has the right to ask people to move from one seat to another and it does not appear that they moved Ann by force.
She stood-up and voluntarily moved to another seat and then complained.
