Looks like it’s only 99.5% who try pot do not go on to become heroin addicts.
I'm fine with treating it like alcohol, with one caveat: ZERO public assistance for those users who toke themselves into befuddled unemployabilty. But you know that, as with alcoholism, they'll declare it a disease and fund the user's habit out of OUR pockets.
