Surface Hub is a huge product with a specialized customer base -- $22,000 for a Windows computer in a whiteboard...

I have to wonder if they are finding it a tougher sell than expected.

Having lived in Oregon, they probably couldn’t find workers who could pass a drug test...and were not already working at Intel.

Flat-out Lie!

The US has more than enough qualified engineers to work on this product. The real truth is that Microsoft does not want to pay the prevailing wage for a US Engineer.
