How high is that? A good starting point is What Is the Terminal Velocity of an iPhone?. Of course, that model may be useless on a Samsung Galaxy because you just never know about those crazy Koreans.

If the article is correct, 1000 feet from pilot info.

BUT!

1000 feet (from article)/(13 sec * 1.5 feet per second / 1 MPH) = 52 MPH terminal velocity
