But WV is pretty red now, Trump won by the 2nd highest percentage there over “The Witch”. I think only Oklahoma was higher. It's legislature is now GOP, hasn't been that way since the 1920s. It has one state-wide Rat holdover - Manchin. (He wants to run for president as a Rat! Good luck with that!) And a GOP-Rat-GOP Governor- a pure opportunist! We shall see how that goes.

Byrd's profligate ways create more long term problems for the state then the short term ones he was purported to have solved.
